Most younge volleyball players are trained really strictly, but when they get into nice colleges, they usually didn't pay too much attention on improving their skills, because they know it's not gonna be able to become their career. It's very pity. Like this guy,(search Taiwan's collegiate volleyball part 2), he is a great player, but he hasn't played for three years. It's really unfortunate. Taiwan is not Thailand and not a poor country neither. This team is kind of good, but not the best in that year. They ranked about 5 that year I remember.
