    I don’t think he should be fired. He should be tied up to a pole and the entire team gets to throw a vollyball at him as hard as they want. Blindfold him so he can’t tell who threw the hardest at his face or crotch. Old school justice. Then afterward fire him anyway. If your a bully you should not be teaching kids.

    He definitely shouldn’t be around students if he reacts like that to something so insignificant!
    How does he react when it’s something even more stressful?
