The referees allowed these fouls to occur the entire game. Not a single technical, intentional/flagrant foul was ever called. The WIAA needs to take a closer look at this before a player suffers a serious injury. Each foul is replayed at different speeds for closer review.

OHSSE Highlight from an Oklahoma Class 4A State Playoff game between the defending State Champs from Douglass against Woodward. Woodward trailed by 5 with less than a minute to play when Douglass fumbled on the 1-yard line and Woodward’s Garrett Roach returned it 99 yards for the game winning TD. It was Woodward’s first playoff win since 1994.
