How can I bypass a REALLY GOOD internet filter?

The place I use the internet at has a REALLY good filter. I tried every proxy bypass website known to man to no avail. I know there has to be a better way. When I try to go to a proxy bypass site the filter says it has been blocked because it has been catagorized as a “proxy & translation” website. PLEASE HELP! I just want to be able to use sites like youtube and facebook.
