It might have something to do with Samoa’s population…..On the islands of Samoa (Western and American) there’s less than a million people. But in the US, there’s like 257 million people….So maybe it has something to do with the ratio of Samoans who go to the NFL to the total amount of Samoans going against Americans who go to the NFL to the total amount of Americans
