I think Lane will be a Great coach. Not a good coach, but a great coach.

If its beacuse he learned from USC then thats just great, but this guy looks like he is going to be a great coach.

You ever thought maybe they just had more to do than just flame a high school quarterback’s Youtube highlight video?…..LIke I said, why would a California kid want to go across the country to play in god-forsaken East Tennessee when he could stay home and when championships?

  11. jobobfields said:

First of all, USC sells out their home games…You’d be an idiot to think they didn’t…Secondly, I’ve never seen Vanderbilt, Mississippi State, or even Ole Miss (who was pretty damn good last year) sell out a home game…Not that attendance means shit anyway.

I know what the SEC is like…I was born, raised, and still reside in “SEC country”…(That would be Bay County, Florida) It’s SEC football fans, rednecks, Republicans, and humidity…And they all have one thing in common…They’re all unbearable to be around for any amount of time….And btw, elite high school football players could give two-shits about how “passionate” a school’s fanbase is….They care about the NFL not whether or not you sold out your spring game.

  13. jobobfields said:

Yeah, but why the hell would he de-commit from a local program, where he could win championships and get developed for the NFL…To travel cross country to Tennessee?

  14. rcfreak7777 said:

I would say the chances of him playing at USC are better than the chances of him playing at UT.

An early committment means nothing in todays world.

Kids change their minds all the time.

I have never seen an empty seat at USC.. and I haven’t seen a televised game for tennessee in years!!!

  22. Billygizzle08 said:

Oh sorry.. I guess they suck 2 bad for me to set them apart from the real UT (Texas.) And I actually did read what was said but Tennessee must be so under the radar that I didn’t recognize them as “the Big Orange”

  23. rcfreak7777 said:

The University of TN is known as UT stupid. The conversation is not about the BIG 12.

Have you even read what we are talking about.

  24. Billygizzle08 said:

1st off UT is in the Big 12 not the SEC… 2nd there are 4 big teams in Texas (UT, TTech, TCU and BYU) so the fans are all split up.
Besides Ohio State has a WAAAAYYYY bigger fan-base. After all it is the only big-name school in Ohio.

  25. rcfreak7777 said:

Who does blakers? USC? LOL. No freaking waky bro. We pack out games no matter who the team. We always have over 100k fans, while I have watched many USC games with many empty seats.

Heck just watch some highlight vids and you will see. Same thing with CAL too. I watched a Jahvid best vid and there are a bunch of empty seats.

You guys have too many pro teams to go with the college teams.

Thats the big diffrence. WE HAVE UT FOOTBALL and thats it. You dont know what the SEC is like.
