another player from a mississippi high school leaving for a bama school :-/ this wouldve been a great recruit for my ole miss rebels but once again neither the rebs or dawgs can keep the top talent in state…and we wonder why we have losing records agianst the tide and tigers :-/

People go on about the 19. This is a high school athlete. I don’t know too many who do better than a 19-23 on the ACT. It’s not like he was trying to go to Ivy League. And those of you going on about his 19 probably only managed a 23 or 24, which is still nothing to those of us like myself who got 34′s and 35′s. Everyone is different for a reason.

Daren Bates is now moving to LB from being a safety. This is a good move. Back in the day Tubbs and Gene Chizik moved Karlos Dansby to LB where he flourished.

He was at a small school from Tennessee from Frosh-Junior year, and played at OBHS for just his senior year. He wasnt even being recruited before the season and then had a great senior year and Auburn got a great steal.

he’s already made alot of big hits at auburn..i was at the ball state game he had maybe 3 or 4 huge hits that made the crowd go nuts..
