This High School football program uses the Kinetic Bands for speed training, hip and hip flexor, Core development, agility and conditioning training. They use the bands during their off season program as well as sport and position specific training and pre- game stretch.

Annual San Diego, CA. High School senior girls all star basketball game held at San Diego High School. Future stars from San Diego, take part in the annual all star game. All girls were hand selected by the San Diego Coaches Association. Congratulations to Ariana Elegado of La Jolla Country Day School winning the Northern Section MVP and Leona Garrett of Imperial High School winning the Southern Secion MVP.
